Over nearly 30 years I have moved from job sites and the technical trades into advising developers and investors. During the worldwide solar boom I ran a retrofit company, which gave me a deep appreciation for energy efficiency and sustainable building. This background informs our work today as we help clients navigate programs like CMHC MLI Select, where energy efficiency, affordability and accessibility are key factors.

I lead a team of mortgage agents and brokers across Canada though MortgageDone.ca. We combine hands‑on construction insight with deep financial expertise to secure financing for residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Our relationships with banks, credit unions and private lenders mean we can often find solutions when others cannot.

Although we specialize in multifamily, alternative and complex financing, no mortgage is too big or too small. We are equally committed to helping families refinance their homes or secure a first mortgage as we are to structuring loans for large investment projects.

Having managed construction companies and been around real estate my entire life, I understand the challenges in every stage of building and buying and can guide you through them.
